Please read the policy carefully before enrolling in any program at our Kanan Dehradun branch.
1. No Refund Policy
All fees paid to Kanan.co Dehradun are for training and coaching purposes only. Once the fee is paid, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
However, a refund will be considered only if Kanan.co fails to start a course, and this clause does not apply to unavoidable or force majeure situations (such as natural calamities, lockdowns, or government restrictions).
A delay of up to two weeks in starting a new batch will not be considered as non-commencement of the course.
2. Course Rescheduling or Cancellation
Kanan.co Pvt. Ltd., Dehradun, reserves the right to reschedule or cancel batches under specific conditions, including:
Insufficient student enrollments
Instructor unavailability
Force majeure or unforeseen events (such as floods, earthquakes, or public emergencies)
In the rare case that Kanan.co Dehradun cancels a batch, the student will be eligible for a 100% refund of the course fee paid.
3. Duplicate Payment Refunds
If a student accidentally makes a duplicate payment, the refund will be processed through the same payment mode used during registration.
Refunds for duplicate payments are usually completed within 7 to 10 working days after written intimation by the student and internal approval by Kanan.co Pvt. Ltd.
4. Policy Effective Date
This Refund Policy is effective from 15th October 2022 and applies to all students enrolled under Kanan.co, Dehradun.
